According to Delhi High Court, education is “right to life” and non-payment of the fees cannot make them suffer in their academic journey. While there are many parents who are still recovering from the losses from Covid-19 lockdowns, a private shcool stopped a student from attending school and the board examinations in the middle of the academic year.
