JP Morgan increases paternal leave from 1st April

It is not only the Indian culture that makes parenting the job of mother alone. There is no such rule in the private sector companies in India to have any paternal leave for the fathers. Breaking the norms, JP Morgan will increase the paternity leave from 10 days to 12 weeks so that fathers could participate in early parenthood.
